Approvals
- Make sure the supervisor; Department, Lab, Center, and Institute (DLCI); and Senior Officer have approved of any international work.
- For work exceeding 30 calendar days, the DLCI should submit an International People Placement (IPP) intake form to the IPP team well in advance of the placement/trip, after reviewing the considerations and implications of working abroad.
- Review the policy for working outside MA for more information on approvals and notifications.
